FRIZ Biochem, founded in Oct. 2004, has developed a new DNA-chip technology. Based on direct electrical read-out it allows simple and fast nucleic acid analysis on the spot: the dip-stick chip is applied to the PCR-tube; results are obtained within a few minutes after “press button”. FRIZ Biochem focuses on technology and cooperative assay development.
